To achieve racial equity in Milwaukee, systems need to be developed to support 32,000 new Black & Latino homeowners. Through the Collective Affordable Housing Plan we can meet this goal through intentional, collaborative, data-based strategies. Teig addresses the lack of inventory of entry level homes for working families and strategies to address the shortage.
