Sara L. Imhof, Midwest Regional Director and Policy Analyst for The Concord Coalition, spoke to Rotary on March 20th on the topic “Improving the Federal Fiscal Outlook in an Election Year: Is Any Possible?” She discussed the causes and consequences of federal budget deficits, the long-term challenges facing America's unsustainable entitlement programs, and how to build a sound economy for future generations - all with a non-political posture and in the spirit of stimulating civic engagement and dialogue on these topics.
