Past President Tony Petullo shares his story about how his life in Rotary, his philanthropy, and his art collection developed simultaneously. The Milwaukee Art Museum has recently opened the exhibit “Accidental Genius: Art from the Anthony Petullo Collection” celebrating the gift of more than 300 works from Tony’s collection. Tony built his collection of self-taught art over a span of over thirty years. The collection’s strength is in European work, an area represented in few American collections.
