Rotarian Mike Paddock, Senior Program Manager at CH2M HILL, discussed the partnership that Rotary and Engineers Without Borders have forged to engage in a significant Guatemala water project. This project is funded by the Philip W. Orth Family Fund, a fund within the RCM Community Trust, the JM Kohler Family Foundation, and a Rotary International global grant.
